CONFERENCE DAY INTERACTIONS

Eager to interact with the 500+ attendees who attend our two-day  conference, Level 3 Exhibitors are all about showing up on Conference Day!

All Exhibitors will be located in well-traveled areas in the Atrium or hallways leading to breakout rooms where they can display their products and promotions, collect contact information for potential interest,  offer give-away contests, and more.

Exhibitor Interactive  Activity;  A 30-minute Exhibitor Visit Break for attendees to spend more time visiting exhibitor booths; option to purchase a box-lunch; a SCHED virtual exhibitor booth to share resources and collect contact information. 

NEW THIS YEAR -- Option to purchase a Box-Lunch for one or both days;  1 month listing in the Professional Directory; Early-bird discount for 2026 Professional Membership 

Exhibitors are provided a 6' table, 2 chairs, power access, and the option to add-on an additional table and they can contribute a brochure or promo item to the Conference Swag Bag.  

Logo will be displayed on Conference landing page for 3 weeks prior to event,  and included on at least 4 promotional emails.

CONNECTIONS

In addition to the Level 3 Exhibitor benefits, Level 2 Sponsors enjoy a full month of promotions prior to the Conference, by sharing Sponsor logos and links, through the IAGC Website,  IAGC emails, and social media blasts.  

Level 2 Sponsors will also have early access to Conference attendees via a virtual Sponsor Booth in the event app SCHED.

NEW THIS YEAR --  inclusion in a Virtual Resource Showcase and the 2026 IAGC Professional Directory ($225 value) to extend visibility beyond conference attendees.

Additionally, a Sponsor Video option is available in event app (SCHED);  1 VIP ticket to Monday's Social Hour; 1 free box-lunch per day; Special highlighting on the Exhibitor  Map.

Level 2 Sponsors may participate in a 20 minute Sponsor-Presenter Breakout Session at the conference.  They are provided up to two exhibitor tables in the Atrium, early set-up, and recognition signage throughout the event space.

Logo and Link for Level 2 Sponsors are visible on all IAGC Conference Pages for 1 month before the conference.

LEVEL 1

FULL CONFERENCE EXPERIENCE

Level 1 Sponsors are dedicated to the quality presentations, breakout sessions, and networking opportunities that make the entire IAGC Conference so valuable to the educators who work with advanced learners. 

Our Top Level Sponsors introduce our Keynote Speakers, may provide a mini-breakout session,  are offered 2 VIP tickets to Monday's Social Hour, and 2 free box-lunches per day.

Their logo and name are prominently displayed throughout the conference on various promotional banners and session materials.  They are provided with two exhibitor tables and are positioned in a prime Exhibitor Space in the Conference Atrium.  

NEW THIS YEAR --  2026 Professional Sponsorship ($950 value) included, providing 12 months of resource visibility for the entire IAGC Community.  

In addition to the many promotional communications of our Level 2 and Level 3 Exhibitors, Level 1 Sponsors are highlighted on the IAGC Home Page and all IAGC Conference Pages for up to 2 months before and 1 month after the conference.
