We need your support NOW.

August 10, 2010
Dear IAGC Friends,

Very few of us have remained unaffected by the recent economic woes, and that includes non-profit organizations like IAGC. However, our mission of improving the world of gifted children continues and we remain especially committed to offering scholarship opportunities to students in need.

For several years we have offered the
Carol Morreale Scholarship for students in memory of our wonderful friend and colleague, and this year we are again offering the Nicholas Green Award. These student awards are critical to providing educational opportunities to gifted young people whose families are struggling financially.

Please consider a donation to IAGC toward one of our student scholarships. You needn't be Bill Gates or Warren Buffet to help. As in the fable of the crow dropping pebbles in the jar, each little bit helps us to get closer to the goal. Be a part of putting huge smiles on the faces of these talented kids. Your help would be warmly appreciated as IAGC reaches out to gifted students all across Illinois.

Thank you for your consideration,

Nancy Heaton, Chair, Awards and Scholarships
Sally Walker, Executive Director

Please send your donation by
October 1, 2010, so that we can present a scholarship to two deserving children at our next IAGC Convention, February 6-8, 2011. Donations are deductible to the extent that they are allowed by the law.
